Standard check-in time is 2pm or earlier by negotiation.
Can I arrive late?
Yes, please give us a call if you’re wanting to arrive after 8pm, we offer 24 hour check in.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check-in date. For cancellations received with less than 48 hours notice, a room charge may apply if we are unable to re-sell that room.
How do I guarantee my booking?
Credit card details are required to secure your room booking.
Is a Credit / Debit Card Surcharge applied?
Yes, Glenmore Palms Motel charges a credit / debit card surcharge at Point of Sale. Such surcharges are charged to customers at the identical rate, as a percentage, as is charged to us by our bank.
Do you have undercover parking?
No, however every room has front of room parking.
Are your rooms non-smoking?
Yes, all rooms at Glenmore Palms Motel are non-smoking.
Do you have a restaurant?
No. Due to COVID-19, we made the unfortunate decision to permanently close our restaurant and bar facilities.
Do you have room service?
Yes, breakfast Monday – Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?
Yes, we provide free Wi-Fi internet to all of our rooms.
Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?
Yes, we have a resort style pool and spa.
How close are you to the shops?
We are part of the Glenmore Shopping Village, which has an IGA supermarket, chemist, newsagent, medical facilities, BWS, Liquorland, Baker and TAB. We are also 2 minutes by car to Stockland Shopping Centre with 200 speciality shops including Big W, Kmart, Woolworths, Coles, Sizzler and Cinema Complex.
How close are you to restaurants?
We are within 2-5 minutes by car of number of restaurants and fast food outlets including Pizza Hut, Noodle Paradise, Nando’s, McDonalds, Subway, Hungry Jacks, Red Rooster, Dominos Pizza, Chinese, Indian and Thai. Please visit Google Maps for a detailed list.
